What is a lash lift & tint?

 A lash lift is a semi-permanent curling service that is designed to give your real lashes a boost. It takes about an hour and you may also choose to tint your lashes as well. The lash lift will last 6-8 weeks, although the tint will fade in about 3-4 weeks. It is designed for someone who wants a boost for their mascara, someone who wants a very low maintenance service for their lashes, someone who isn't sure if they want extensions or who doesn't have the time to keep up with extensions. It can be done on someone with extremely straight lashes before they receive lash extensions as well.

     What's your cancellation policy?

If you are Late

Please let me know ASAP if running late. If more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the cost of your service for a no call/no show. You will be charged 50% of your total cost of your service for cancellations made less than 24 hours.


If you are a No Show or Last Minute Cancellation

If you DO NOT show up or have FREQUENT last minute cancellations, you will be charged 100% of your session. Appointments cancelled with 24 hours or less notice will be charged 50% of services booked. Please understand, I will not be able to book you in the future if you are a no call/no show. You will be responsible for the missed appointment.


If you Need to Reschedule

I understand that life is hectic and appointments need to be rescheduled from time to time, I do ask that you provide at least a 24 hour-notice so I can offer your appointment time to another client. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advanced will be charged 50% of the total service charge. 

I will always do my very best to work with you and move things around as best I can to meet your needs and my own.

Please understand that I am the sole person running Mimi and Belle. While I will always do my best to accommodate and understand that unexpected events come up, missed appointments and no-shows are a detrimental missed opportunity for another loyal client to have their appointment, and a missed opportunity for my business.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

  • Come free of all makeup

  • Feel free to bring earphones to listen to music or audiobook/podcast

  • Please do not bring children to your appointment

  • Plan ahead for showers/exercise - it is important to not get wet for 24-48hrs after.
